Meet Our Staff

Barry is a graduate of Drake University’s School of Pharmacy and has a Master of Jurisprudence In Health Care Law from Loyola’s Law School. He is also on the Board of the Pharmacy Freedom Fund which advocates nationally for community pharmacy and patients rights. Barry has worked with the company for 50 years and his specialties include pain management, hospice care and health insurance issues.           Bob received his PhD from Idaho State University and works as the Clinical Pharmacist at Barry’s Drugs. Bob’s expertise has proven valuable to our many patients because he is always available to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions. Bob is also available to provide assistance with medical equipment and has advanced speciality training in geriatric care.           The Pharmacist-in-Charge at Barry’s Drugs, Herb is a military veteran and a 1953 graduate of the University of Illinois. Herb has extensive experience and knowledge about pharmaceuticals so he can answer your questions about your medications. Herb is available to consult on insurance plans, Medicaid and Medicare issues.           As the Manager and Certified Pharmacy Technician Rose is the longest tenured employee with 35 years of service at Barry’s. She is a specialist in diabetic care and instructs patients on glucometer use. Our customers know Rose as a go-to person who is happy to answer questions about a prescription pick up or delivery, a special order or about an appointment with one of the doctors in our medical center.
